Based on questions from neighbors, wanted to make sure everyone is aware of what the California state government oversees and what they do not in regards to Homeowner Associations like ours. Our rights and items related to the Board's actions, rights, and responsibilities can found through the link below to the California Attorney General's website
https://oag.ca.gov/consumers/general/homeowner_assn
the Office of the Attorney General has limited, discretionary authority to intervene on behalf of homeowners who are denied certain prescribed rights provided by the California Corporations Code.
