This year's budget is late for one week and gives the right to membership to reject it. It contains a large decrease in Reserve contributions from last year which can only happen with prior membership approval of 66% of the unit at the minimum. That reduction will cause an automatic special assessment of about 6000 dollars come April 2021. None of these are legal and needs to be rejected. Those who have the budget compare the reserve study part to last year's budget. This budget was done by a person who does not understand budgeting and has no knowledge of the laws and our CC&R.
